I’ve been feeling extremely stressed and physically stiff due to anxiety and PTSD, so I started searching for something that could truly help. When I came across this place and saw they offered a “Nervous System Reset” massage, I was immediately intrigued. This was my first visit and my first time experiencing this type of massage. I’ve had many massages throughout my life, but nothing like this. I was genuinely blown away by the massage therapist, Lisa Carter. She shared that she created this service herself, and I’m so grateful she did. The session focused on the areas where trauma is often stored in the body, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and more at ease than I have in a long time. The space itself was clean, spacious, and calming. Both Lisa and the receptionist were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. I will absolutely be returning for another Nervous System Reset and look forward to trying their other services as well. Highly recommend!

I am always impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the studio. April Hale has quickly become new favorite masseuse, HANDS DOWN! I have had many massages, but she truly exceeded every expectation I had for my prenatal massage today. She was so attentive and took every extra measure to ensure my comfort from start to finish, while working out knots and tension in my body. Amazing experience

I got my first massage, with Mary Leek, she did an excellent job. I feel so relaxed. The place was clean, and the service was great. I also met the owners, they were really sweet! I had to come back to get a facial this time. The experience was 10/10; April Hale did a fantastic job. My skin is hydrated and looks amazing. This place has skilled and very friendly professionals.

Wow is all I can say I walked in hurting and after the first session I felt so much better. Liz was absolutely Top Notch and Highly Recommended 100 out of 10. Honestly the absolute best of the best. Super Friendly and explained the whole process every step. Already rescheduled my next session. Update just finished my 2nd session on the 2nd of December with Liz and had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and the girl is absolutely amazing and takes great pride in her job. Absolutely cannot stress how amazing you feel afterwards. 100 out of 10 service and Highly Recommended.
